Some of the land we previewed was less area than we purchased from Mark, and was up to 6 times more expensive. So, one night the wife was surfing the internet and came across a listing by Frontier Properties USA. We looked at the prices being asked, and the more we looked the more skeptical I was and the happier my wife became. I was raised to believe if it seems to good to be true, it most certainly is. Having heard of land scams in the past, I was not going to let any money out of my grasp without a thorough deep investigation. Folks, that’s exactly what I did. I watched as many webcasts by Mark as I possible could. I read his body language and really listened to his wording. I ran searches on every piece of personal information he gave out in them. I ran thorough searches on his company with state and federal law enforcement assistance, along with the BBB. Nothing, not one negative piece of information was found that said Mark and his colleagues were scammers.
During the purchase process many emails and phone calls were exchanged, they kept us up to date and answered all our questions. We completed the transaction and are now land owners. I highly recommend doing business with Mark and his team. They are true professionals, that we will be going to again and again.
